Vince Webb, Professor of Practice at Arizona State University, is an expert in youth, criminal justice agencies and street gangs.

Webb served as chair of the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and chair of the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at Arizona State University. He also served as the president of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences. Webb worked as the principal investigator for the Joint Commission on Criminal Justice and Criminology Education and Standards as well as a consultant on several national research projects evaluating criminal justice policies and practices.

Webb has published articles in scholarly journals including Justice Quarterly, Crime and Delinquency and Criminal Justice and Behavior and co-authored three books on criminal justice.

He received his Ph.D. in sociology from Iowa State University and his M.A. and B.A. in sociology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
